We all have a part of our house that is better not to open.

And it couldn't be better said because what we see most is how you paint your closet doors, drawers, kitchen furniture, etc. But... what about the interior?
It's much easier than you think, we assure you.

You don't need a big investment, set aside a morning and get ready to change your wardrobes.

Let's give your wardrobe a makeover!

Step number 1. This step is inevitable, but we have to empty the closet and drawers that we are going to transform. Look at the bright side… take advantage of cleaning and getting rid of those “just in case” or “this is sure to get taken away…” items.

We recommend that you clean the cabinet thoroughly and remove any traces of dust or dirt that may have remained. You can complement this cleaning with our Aquaclean, which ensures that all impurities that may hinder the adhesion of the paint are removed.

Step number 2.
As you know Our paint does not require any prior surface treatment. But we always recommend that you apply a coat of primer beforehand. This will be a heavily used area and the more protection the better.

This primer coat will take about 30-50 minutes to dry, which you can check by lightly touching the surface.

Step number 3. Start by applying a coat of your chosen paint, Our products are super covering, so depending on the color and surface in general, 2 layers will be enough. You can use either a rolling pin or a spatula depending on your comfort and the ease with which you have the space (corners are always more comfortable with a spatula, but try and find the best option for you).

In the case of the example you see in this blog We have used our paint Chalk Paint which has a drying time of 50 to 60 minutes, but we advise you to look at our website or ask at the store where you purchased our paint so they can inform you of the ideal time.

Step number 4
. Once it is completely dry (I stress “completely dry” so you don’t accidentally decorate all the items in the closet too…) start placing everything as you have decided and… voila!

You can rest easy now, you can open the closets for anyone you want.

New cabinets for cheap!

Bonus tip: If you think it's going to be an all-purpose wardrobe and you're afraid of having chosen a very light or delicate colour, we recommend that you apply a coat of varnish. (You can choose any finish you can imagine, gloss, matte, satin or ultra-matte finish). You will provide the layer of protection that the inside of your wardrobe needs.
