MATERIALS NEEDED TRAY DECORATION FINISH GLASS LA PAJARITA:
- Finish Glass La Pajarita
- Already decorated tray – see the previous step in Tray preparation (I)
- Graduated container
- flat spatula
- A brush
STEP BY STEP TRAY DECORATION FINISH GLASS LA PAJARITA:
1. In a graduated container, measure 2 parts of resin or Component A and then add 1 part of hardener or Component B. If we want a more diluted mixture, add between 5% and 15% of Solvent. Finish Glass La Pajarita.
2. Mix the two components, stirring well, for at least 2 minutes. It is advisable to use a flat spatula and that the container has a smooth base and walls, to achieve a homogeneous mixture.
3. Pour it onto the surface to be varnished evenly, making sure it is well distributed, without leaving dry spaces. The mixture that we do not use will begin to thicken after about 20 minutes, becoming unusable. If there are bubbles in the mixture, they will disappear.
4. Due to its slow drying, it is advisable to protect the varnished object to prevent dust or other particles from depositing during drying.
5. Drying time will vary depending on ambient temperature and thickness of the mixture applied. It is recommended that the mixture be at a temperature between 21 and 25 degrees Celsius. Drying time for complete hardening is 72 hours.
